• To be included on the COVID-19 Vaccine Waiting List for Group 1B (Anyone age 70 and up, Daycare workers, and Preschool workers) for Conway County: please call Area Agency on Aging at 501-354-0484 or 800-467-2173 between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday ONLY. You will be asked to share some basic information (name, date of birth, race, phone number, address, doctor’s name, employer, and Medicare number).

K-12 and University teachers are also included in the current 1B Group but need to notify their district supervisor of their desire to be on their district’s list if you have not already done so instead of calling the number above.

PLEASE DO NOT add yourself to multiple lists!

If and when you are scheduled for an appointment, it is EXTREMELY important that you keep the appointment due to the time sensitivity of the vaccine!

Area pharmacies and the hospital will use this list to contact you to schedule an appointment as vaccine becomes available. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE CALLS! This is going to take time! Thank you!
